Case competitions, firm visits, and structured training — the three things that make up the BWSC experience.
BWSC members compete in case competitions to get real-world, hands-on experience tackling the kind of problems they'll face on the job. The ACG Cup and a private equity case at Broad are just a couple of the competitions our members take part in each year.
Firm visits give members a real, inside look at investment banks, private equity firms, and other top firms in the industry. They're one of the most valuable ways to understand how a firm actually operates, build genuine relationships with people who work there, and get a clearer sense of where you'd fit in the industry — well beyond what an interview or info session can offer.
Structured technical, behavioral, and recruiting prep to get members interview-ready.
Structured training covering both the technical fundamentals and the behavioral/fit side of recruiting.
A growing bank of internal training modules members can work through at their own pace.
A bank of alumni contacts across the industry, available to members for networking and recruiting support.
